What you can do here
OMCWEB is a website builder for businesses. You choose a template, fill in your business details and publish the site yourself, with no code involved. Everything about your site — pages, articles, products, images and the leads who contact you — lives in one place.
The guided tour
The first time you open the overview page, a short tour runs once. Its steps depend on your role, so it only mentions menus you can actually open. To watch it again at any time, click your name in the top right and choose Guided tour.
What permission you need
Every member of an organization can open the overview page. What you can do beyond that depends on your role.
- Owner — everything, including the plan and deleting websites
- Administrator — websites, content, domains and team members
- Editor — pages, articles, products and images
- Marketing — leads, SEO and articles
The recommended order of work
- Sign up and name your organization
- Click Create website and follow the wizard: pick a business type and a template
- Add your business details, logo and brand colours. Starter pages are created for you.
- Open Pages and edit each page, adding or removing content blocks as you like
- Click Preview to check your work, then click Publish
- When you are ready to use your own domain, go to Domains to connect it
Things to understand first
- Draft and published are separate — your edits do not reach the live site until you publish
- Publish again after every round of edits, otherwise the live site keeps the previous version
- Anyone who submits your contact form appears automatically under Leads
Common mistakes
- Edited content but the live site looks the same — you have not published yet
- A menu item is not available — your role does not include it; ask the organization owner
- Cannot create another website — you have reached your plan limit; check organization settings
